About Me
I am a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I have a Master's Degree in Clinical and Counselling Psychology at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto (OISE/UT). I have been working in the mental health field for about 6 years.
I work with clients who are coping with:
Self-Esteem Issues & Lack of Confidence
Depression (including loss of interest, loss of motivation, feelings of hopelessness and worthlessness, concentration/memory difficulty, suicidal ideation)
Anxiety (including specific phobias, generalized anxiety, persistent worrying)
Anger
Chronic pain (stress reduction, fatigue, pain management)
Relationship issues
