Thank you for taking the time to learn about my practice.

We all struggle at certain points in our lives. We might feel overwhelmed, stuck, and alone. We might feel the need to make changes, but somehow lack the motivation to take action.

“Happiness is a journey, not a destination”


I came across this quote at a time of my life when I felt trapped. I lacked an identity, a sense of purpose and direction. I found myself searching for a “thing” that would lead me to happiness. But this was a misguided objective, as happiness does not originate from an external source. It is not conditional. Happiness stems from our awareness and appreciation of what we have. Happiness is from within. It is also about taking a different perspective, and letting go sometimes.

I’m not saying that appreciating what we have or letting go of our problems is easy. It is challenging, but this is why I am here - to facilitate this process of change and self-growth in a non-judgmental and respectful environment.

My job as your therapist is to understand you (and your experiences), and help you find calm and happiness from within. Together, we explore and make sense of why you feel stuck and unhappy. We identify personal strengths, and help you learn strategies to cope with life challenges.
